RDesktop-SDL

This is a port of RDesktop to use LibSDL as a backend. I wrote this some time ago but have not updated it since; because of this, it is against an old version of RDesktop (1.1.0). The port itself is incomplete.

I do not have access to any RDP servers now and have no interest in continuing work on this.

Advantages of a SDL-based RDesktop:

Cross platform
Faster
No flicker
